One of Hungary’s leading boutique real estate development, investment and asset management firms is relocating to ZenGarden Office Building. After a €2.5 million refurbishment, the 9,500 square meter building has earned the prestigious BREEAM environmental certification.

With vast experience as an investor and developer, they have already revitalized over 200,000 square meters of office, commercial, and industrial properties. 

After acquiring and renovating the CBC office building in 2019, it has been transformed with a new name and image. The revamped ZenGarden prioritizes indoor gardens, energy efficiency, and tenant focused design. The distinctive rock garden, adorned with bamboo, diverse plants and trees, adds a touch of uniqueness. Additionally, amenities like the pétanque court, shaded terrace with sun sails and lounge areas provide extra spaces for relaxation and rejuvenation.
